January 27th, Saturday 10am – 2pm – Cupcake Bouquet - $120/student

Join experienced baker and decorator, Andrea LaFuente, to create a beautiful cupcake bouquet. Each student will take home a cupcake bouquet made of more than 50 mini cupcakes which will be sure to wow your friends and family.

Students will receive detailed instructions in how to build the base of the bouquet, attach the cupcakes to the base and pipe different buttercream flowers

All supplies are included in the cost of the workshop. 

All participants must be at least 14 years old.  Class requires a minimum of 6 students and there is a maximum of 10 students.  In the event of insufficient enrollment, you may transfer to another class or obtain a full refund.

January 28th, Sunday 10am – 2pm – Unicorn Cake - $150/student

Join experienced baker and decorator, Andrea LaFuente, to create a beautiful Unicorn Cake.  Students will decorate and take home a 6” chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse. 

Students will receive step-by-step instructions in how to decorate a unicorn cake with both buttercream and fondant.  Instruction will include icing the cake, decorating the cake including making and painting the unicorn horn and ears and piping the mane as well as using sprinkles to finish decorating the cake.

All supplies are included in the cost of the workshop.

February 3rd, Saturday, 2pm-4pm –  Kid’s Decorating Class - $65/student

Join Dawn Alston from Ravy Cakes to learn to decorate a Minnie Mouse themed cake.  This class is for children from 4 to 10 years old.  Students will learn use buttercream and fondant cut outs to decorate a Minnie Mouse themed cake. 

Available to students ages 4-11 years old.   All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the workshop only.

She will also include tips and tricks on how to make a no fail buttercream and advice on baking from scratch
