Fondant Drip Cake Class

Join Dawn Alston from Ravy Cakes, competitor on Food Networks The Wedding Cake Championship, to learn how to create a candy drip cake which will include super-sweet accessories such as candy, macarons, an edible image, and more!

Each participant will receive a pre-frosted, 6-inch, two-layered cake and will learn how to apply buttercream to the cake and how to cover the cake with fondant.  Additionally, each student will learn piping techniques, how to apply an edible image and how to apply drip onto the cake.  Chef Dawn will also share additional tips and tricks for cake decorating. 

All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the class only. A box will be provided for students to take their cake home. All students are eligible for a 5% discount on purchases at Fran's on the day of class.

Class requires a minimum of 4 students and there is a maximum of 8. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Changes and cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the class. No refunds or changes are allowed within 7 days of the class
