Open Sugar Peony Gumpaste Flower Making Class

In this 2-day class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels, LLC will teach you how to make a beautiful Open Sugar Peony in just a few easy steps that will provide that WOW factor to your cakes! You will learn how to work with sugar paste (Gumpaste), cut out and wire each petal using Peony cutters and groove board, creating a realistic look to each petal, assembling and dusting your Peonies with subtle, yet realistic shading. 

Please note - this is a 2-day class. The class will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 4/15-4/16 from 10am-1:30pm.

Students will be provided with sugar paste, a set of Peony cutters, and a cake dummy to place flowers in to take home.

All items and tools needed to cover your cake will be provided for use during the class only.  Students will receive a 5% discount on all purchases at Fran's Cake and Candy Supplies on the day of the class. 

Available for students ages 16+ - Beginner to intermediate

Class requires a minimum of 2 students and there is a maximum of 6 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. 

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.

Note: Eventbrite charges a fee of $7.99 for each ticket. This fee is already included in the price of the class. In the event that you request a refund for any reason, this fee is non-refundable. In the event that the class is cancelled, the Eventbrite fee will be refunded.
