Cherry Blossom Season is near!! Join Dawn Alston from Ravy Cakes, competitor on Food Networks The Wedding Cake Championship, for this cake decorating class.
Each parent and child team will receive a pre-frosted, 6-inch cake. Parent and Child teams will learn how to tint fondant and how to make cherry blossoms and branches from fondant. In addition, the teams will learn how to cover their cake with fondant. Chef Dawn will also share tips and cake decorating techniques.
Appropriate for children aged 7-14 years old with parent/adult
All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the class only. A box will be provided for each team to take their cake home. All students are eligible for a 5% discount on purchases at Fran's on the day of class.
Each ticket includes 1 adult and 1 child. If you wish to bring more than 1 child to the class, there will be an additional charge of $30. Please contact Fran's directly to purchase your ticket to ensure we can accommodate an additional child.
Class requires a minimum of 2 teams and there is a maximum of 5 teams. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Changes and cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the class. No refunds or changes are allowed within 7 days of the class
