Sharp and Smooth Buttercream Cake with Buttercream Rosettes & Fresh Florals

In this class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels will teach you how to achieve a sharp edge and smooth buttercream cake using the acrylic disk method. She'll also teach you how to pipe buttercream rosettes on your cake. We will finish with learning how to properly tape and add fresh florals to your finished cake.

This is a great class for beginner cake decorators!

Steph Lawshe has always loved to bake, but her passion for cake decorating didn't start until she made a wedding cake for her sister 8 years ago. It was one of her most rewarding experiences and she hasn't stopped decorating since! She enjoys sharing her skills and passion for cake decorating and loves to inspire her students to achieve new levels of creativity and expertise!

All The Details:

  • Age Level: 16+
  • Skill Level: Beginner
  • All supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
  • We will provide a box to take your cake home in
  • The class may be a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron.
  • If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
  • Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
  • Class requires a minimum of 2 students and there is a maximum of 6 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Class will run approximately 3 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
