Sharp and Smooth Holiday Reindeer Cake Decorating Class
Get into the holiday spirit with this hands-on cake decorating class! Steph from Sweet Little Morsels, will guide you through the process of achieving a sharp edge and smooth buttercream finish using acrylic discs. You’ll also learn how to craft an adorable fondant reindeer topper to add a festive touch to your cake. Each student will work with a real cake, applying buttercream and creating their fondant reindeer topper from scratch.
This class is perfect for those looking to master a professional buttercream finish while learning a fun and easy way to make a fondant cake topper.
Class Schedule:
- Dates: Saturday, December 7th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, and Sunday, December 8th from 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- On Day 1, we will focus on creating the reindeer topper.
- On Day 2, we will frost and decorate our cakes, finishing with the placement of the reindeer topper.
What’s Included:
- All tools and materials needed for buttercream application and fondant topper creation are provided.
- A box will be provided for each student to take their cake home in
- Students will receive a 5% discount on all purchases at Fran's Cake and Candy Supplies on the day of the class.
Meet Your Instructor:
Steph Lawshe has always loved to bake, but her passion for cake decorating didn't start until she made a wedding cake for her sister 8 years ago. It was one of her most rewarding experiences and she hasn't stopped decorating since! She enjoys sharing her skills and passion for cake decorating and loves to inspire her students to achieve new levels of creativity and expertise!

All The Details:
- Age Level: 16+
- Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate
- All supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
- We will provide a box to take your cake home in
- The class may be a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron.
- If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
- Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
- Class requires a minimum of 2 students and there is a maximum of 6 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Class will run approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
