Winter Wonderland Snowman Cake Decorating Class

kids snowman cake decorating class

Winter Fun!! Let's build a snowman together! Join Celebrity Pastry Chef Dawn Alston of Ravy Cakes, competitor on Food Networks The Wedding Cake Championship, to learn to make your own snowman cake

Each participant will receive a six-inch 2 layered crumb-coated cake. Each student will learn how to apply buttercream to the cake, create fondant decorations, and learn how to cover the cake with fondant while creating a winter wonderland snowman! Chef Dawn will also share tips and cake decorating techniques.

Available for ages 13+

All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the workshop only. All students are eligible for a 5% discount on purchases at Fran's on the day of class.  This class can get a little messy so please wear something that can withstand a bit of buttercream or bring an apron.

Class requires a minimum of 4 students and there is a maximum of 6 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Changes and cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the class. No refunds or changes are allowed within 7 days of the class

In response to the pandemic, we have reduced the number of students in each class in order to maintain proper social distancing. Face coverings are required during the class. If you forget yours, we have disposable face masks that you can use. We also have plenty of hand sanitizer for use during the class.
