Chocolate Explosion Cake!
About this class:
Make it for Dad, or just for yourself. You will learn how to smoothly ice a cake using Stephanie’s favorite time saving technique, making cake decorating easier and more enjoyable. Next, you'll pipe a classic shell border and add a yummy chocolate drip. You'll create a unique cookie topper decorated with rolled buttercream and finish it off your cake with mini candies and cookies.

Meet Your Instructor:
Professional Cake & Cookie Decorator Stephanie H. has been designing cakes, cookies, and sweets for many years in bakeries in Northern Virigina. Stephanie has been decorating cakes and cookies for over 15 years and has won several baking and decorating awards at local competitions. Fran's was lucky enough to have her join our crew over 5 years ago. If you've shopped in our store, you've seen her work on our inspiration table and she's probably helped you with your decorating projects. Stephanie has creative design skills and a passion for helping bring your decorating projects to life!
All The Details:
- Age Level: 13+
- Skill Level: Beginner
- All supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
- We will provide a box to take your cake home in
- The class may be a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron.
- If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
- Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
- Class requires a minimum of 3 students and there is a maximum of 8 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Class will run approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
