Edible Flower Cake and Tea Party!

Edible Flower Cake and Tea Party!

About this class:

Join us for a delightful afternoon of cake decorating, edible flowers, tea, and sweet treats!

We'll explore the world of edible blooms, including tips for sourcing, selecting, and safely using flowers in your baking and decorating. You'll learn Stephanie's favorite technique for achieving a smooth buttercream finish—making cake decorating easier, faster, and more fun. Then, you will pipe a sweet border and decorate your cake with seasonal edible flowers.

As we decorate, we'll sip tea and enjoy floral-inspired treats featuring lavender and rose petals. Recipes will be shared!
