Geometric Floral Sugar Cookie Decorating Class
In this advanced cookie decorating class, Mayra Garcia from celebrateMe!, will teach you how to work with fine piping royal icing consistency (hard/outline consistency). Students will learn how to make geometric designs using a projector and how to paint with gold accents. Students will learn to pipe royal icing flowers directly on their sugar cookies. Each student will receive 6 pre-baked cookies ready to be decorated.
The workshop will last for 2 hours and will include a box to take your treats home in. this class can be a little messy so please bring your own apron.
Available to students ages 13+
All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the workshop only. All students are eligible for a 5% discount on purchases at Fran's on the day of class. This class can be a little messy so please wear something that you don't mind getting a little icing on or bring your own apron.
Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
In response to the pandemic, we have modified our class space in order to maintain proper social distancing. Face coverings are required during the class. If you forget yours, we have disposable face masks that you can use. We also have plenty of hand sanitizer for use during the class.
Note: Eventbrite charges a fee of $4.84 for each ticket. This fee is already included in the price of the class. In the event that you request a refund for any reason, this fee is non-refundable. In the event that the class is cancelled, the Eventbrite fee will be refunded.
