Join Dawn Alston from Ravy Cakes, LLC competitor on Food Networks Wedding Cake Championship, to learn how to create a super icy snow themed buttercream drip cake with a decorated sugar cookie cake topper.
Each team will receive a pre-frosted, 6-inch, two-layered cake, and will learn how to apply buttercream to the cake and how to decorate the snowflake sugar cookie topper. Additionally, each team will learn piping techniques, how to apply drip onto the cake, create snowflake fondant decorations and more! Chef Dawn will also share additional tips and tricks for cake decorating.
Appropriate for children aged 7-14 years old with parent/adult All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the class only. A box will be provided for each team to take their cake home. All students are eligible for a 5% discount on purchases at Fran's on the day of class. This class can be a little messy so please where something that can withstand a little buttercream or bring an apron from home.
Each ticket includes 1 adult and 1 child. If you wish to bring more than 1 child to the class, there will be an additional charge of $30. Please contact Fran's directly to purchase your ticket to ensure we can accommodate an additional child.
Class requires a minimum of 2 teams and there is a maximum of 4 teams. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Changes and cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the class. No refunds or changes are allowed within 7 days of the class
