In this class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels will teach you how to achieve a sharp edge and smooth buttercream cake using the acrylic disk method. She'll also teach you how to pipe buttercream rosettes on your cake. We will finish with learning how to properly stack your cake and add buttercream rosettes. This is a great class for cake decorators who are ready to take their cake designs to another level or just want to learn something new!

This is a two day class on 4/22 and 4/23 (Saturday & Sunday) with class running from 10am to 1:30pm on both days. The first day students will receive two cakes that they will frost and prepare for stacking. On the second day we will stack our cakes, add buttercream rosettes and add some finishing touches.

All items and tools needed to decorate your cakes will be provided for use during the class only.  Students will receive a 5% discount on all purchases at Fran's Cake and Candy Supplies on the day of the class. 

Available for students ages 16+ - Beginner to intermediate

Class requires a minimum of 2 students and there is a maximum of 4 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. 

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.

Note: Eventbrite charges a fee of $10.92 for each ticket. This fee is already included in the price of the class. In the event that you request a refund for any reason, this fee is non-refundable. In the event that the class is cancelled, the Eventbrite fee will be refunded.
