Ugly Christmas Sweater Team Cake Decorating Competition
Join Dawn Alston from Ravy Cakes, LLC competitor on Food Networks Wedding Cake Championship for a fun cake decorating competition class.
The teams will watch a cake decorating demonstration and Chef Dawn will demonstrate additional piping techniques. Each team will be given a cake to decorate. There will be a fun twist added with each team getting to select and create some items to create the best Ugly Christmas Sweater Cake! This will be a timed competition. Join the fun!
The winning team will receive a prize and everybody will get to take their Ugly Christmas Sweater Cake home with them to enjoy at home! Join us to see who will take the winning title home!
Appropriate for ages 16+ with parent, friend, BFF or Cake-Bestie. This class can be a little messy so please wear something that can withstand a little buttercream or bring an apron.
All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the workshop only. All students are eligible for a 5% discount on purchases at Fran's on the day of class. Each team will receive a box to take their cake home in.   This class can be a little messy so please wear something that can withstand a little buttercream or bring an apron.
Each ticket includes 2 participants for a team.
Class requires a minimum of 2 teams and there is a maximum of 4 teams. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.Â
Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
In response to the pandemic, we have modified our class space in order to maintain proper social distancing. Face coverings are required during the class. If you forget yours, we have disposable face masks that you can use. We also have plenty of hand sanitizer for use during the class.

Note: Eventbrite charges a fee of $7.32 for each ticket. This fee is already included in the price of the class. In the event that you request a refund for any reason, this fee is non-refundable. In the event that the class is cancelled, the Eventbrite fee will be refunded.
