This chocolate mold has 16 truffle cavities with 4 different shapes.  Each cavity is approximately 1 inch in diameter and .5 inches deep.  This mold will work well for candy centers.

This mold works well for Chocolate, Soap Making, Butter Molding, Fondant, Gumpaste and even Ice Cubes. The mold should not be used for hard candy as it cannot withstand the high temperature.  Chocolate molds are not dishwasher safe and should be washed in warm water and dried with a soft cloth.
