Highlighter metallic dusts are used to decorate cakes, cupcakes, showpieces, chocolate decorations, and other decorative pastry, cakes, cupcakes and cake pops! Similar to luster dusts, the highlighter dusts have a higher impact metallic sheen.  The Bakell Gold Highlighter Dust uses only FDA approved ingredients and is Kosher Pareve certified.
