Cookie Butter Bakery Emulsion adds the warm flavor of European spiced cookies (also known as "speculoos") to your baked goods and frostings. It's the flavor of Biscoff cookies in a bottle!

Anything you bake with LorAnn Oils Cookie Butter Bakery Emulsion will have an awesome, professional-bakery taste. With a flavor that doesn’t bake out, the almond emulsion gives muffins, cakes, bread, cookies, and other pastries a lovely flavor.  

Whether it is your first time or 100th time baking, the cookie butter bakery emulsion makes your baked goods come out like that of a professional baker. Just a small amount is enough to add a great tasting cookie butter flavor to your baked goods. A little goes a long way making it last much longer than a typical extract.

It’s gluten free, kosher and soluble in water.  It mixes well with other baking ingredients to provide a uniform baking mixture. 

For baking, 1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion.  Use about half to 2/3, if you are using the Cookie Butter Emulsion in recipes that don't require baking or heating, such as frosting or cream centers.
