Paramount Crystals are used for making melting wafers creamier and easier to work with. It is odorless and tasteless and will not alter flavor. It is also a great agent for thinning fondue, chocolate fountain melts, carob and yogurt coating.
It will help make the coatings and candy melts smooth and easier to use for dipping and pouring into molds
Directions: Stir Paramount Crystals into melted candy wafers. Add a little at a time starting with 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of chocolate or confectionery coating until you have your desired consistency. Use up to ¼ cup per pound of chocolate or confectionery coating.
Keep or store tightly sealed in a cool area.
