The LorAnn Oils Strawberry Bakery Emulsion gives you a great natural strawberry taste typically only found in professionally-baked treats. Used by master pastry chefs, the Strawberry Emulsion is water-based and won't bake out like a typical extract.
Once you try this sweet strawberry flavor, you won't forget the superb taste it adds to your baked goods. This strawberry emulsion is perfect for frostings, and you can even add it to pancake batter, syrup, smoothies, tea, and other recipes to give you a fresh strawberry flavor.
It’s gluten free, kosher and soluble in water. It mixes well with other baking ingredients to provide a uniform baking mixture.
For baking, 1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion. Use about half to 2/3, if you are using the Strawberry Emulsion in recipes that don't require baking or heating, such as frosting or cream centers.
